Water of the Skeptic?

Been trying to find this water to use making symbols for us agnostic folks. I read that waters are suppoased to be found in guildhalls back in our home cities, but have had no luck finding it on any of the venders in or near the beastlord guildhall. Anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

No rush.....still seeking crushed diamond dust even after several clearings of the geonid caves and every living thing in CS, grrrr.

Water of the Skeptic in PoK

One vendor I know of is Peras Glickon under the western trader building in PoK. In one of the two stalls by the swimming pool.

In Towns

Rantho Goobler in the town hall of Rivervale (same room as the banker) sells it for certain. I've seen it in the Plane of Knowledge, too, but I didn't note where.

In Shar Vahl Water of the Skeptic is sold by Jangle in the pottery building although I can get it cheaper in Halas. Jangle is a greedy vendor.

Another vendor in PoK also sells it. Can't remember her name at the moment, but it's the barbarian female in the building where the flag-reordering meditation takes place...across the "street" from the soulbinder.
