help master symbol for DE

I need help
I have followed what others have done to make the symbol but it appears not to work any thoughts on what I am missing

here is what I have done
shissar scale + master pattern + grandmaster water of hate

in a forge in neriek 3rd gate

You may be trying to use the tailoring pattern instead of the symbol pattern - make sure it is "Master's xxxxxx Symbol Pattern", where xxxxx = Chest, Wrist, etc...

well your using master symbol but grandmaster water. thats a problem right there

try masters water, made by combining water and Crushed diamond dust in JcK. then combine symbol water and scale

Also, it's not a cultural combine. Can do it in any forge. Save you a run to 3rd gate.

Like the poster above said, try with Master's Water.
