Wood Elf Culture Question??

I understand that you need the books to get the molds/patterns. My question is are the Tradeskills involved in this diferent for every race? OR Is every Race able to make Say Tailored Items and Smithed Items?? and If it is per Race what skills Do the Wood Elfs Get??

I ask because both my Smithing and Tailoring are capped at 200 now because i need more AAs in them. I will finish AAs and leveling skill before continueing on my books as it is crowded in City of mist last time i was there for Skelis.

as long as a race has a class that can wear tailored (silk/leather) and smithed (chain/plate) they will have it.

Woodelves have chain(rangers) and leather(druids) so should be able to do both

Wood elfs also have warriors that wear plate.
