the new culral symbols become no drop once you aug them into there armor..and stay no drop once removed.

so when you sell these in the bazaar need to make note that the armor and aug is a combo so price accordingly

I'd have to say it would fall in line with other attuneable gear with similar stats/lvl restrictions...probably similar to OoW crafted armors.
