where did they move the cultral forge..its not at its normal spot.

I've been using the one that use to be the cultural forge (its the one around toward the back of the armor shop). I know that when you open it the tradeskill window calls just calls it a forge. I'm wondering if they did away with cultural forges or if the window just doesn't diplay it right. Suppose I should do a combine in of the other forges to check.
