Anyone have any luck finding the DoN cultural quest giver in Erudin?

Asked on serverwide chat and it seems that there is none in Erudin and/or Paineel. At least on Luclin and Vazaelle....

Any clues would be nice....

Found the Ak'Anon one using the Find function. Don't mean to offend but have you tried that?

Gorion Telld'mare. Use find to track down the soulbinder near the docks. He is within hailing distance of her up on the same platform.

He does not show up on find. Neither under category nor under his name.
