Skill mods with Dragons of Norrath

If the skill cap is indeed going from 250 to 300, does anyone know how the % mods will fit in? Will 300 be the cap with and w/o mods? I see some potential in owning stuff like Akhevan Shadow Shears again, at least initially...kinda curious. May be worth visiting XTC again as well.

As much as I was reliefed to be done the first time, without any new experience to work towards, I'll have lots of free time and something to work on again. We'll just have to see how it goes =0

We have no specific information on that, but I truly expect that they will at least bring you to 300

As soon as I get it, gonna put on my 15% smithing gauntlets and see what my 250 goes up to - I'm anticipating +37points so I should see Smithing=287
