Fading Shadow Warhammer?

A couple days ago I got a hammer called Fading Shadow Warhammer in Iceclad off one of the mobs (forget which) surround tofs. It has a tradeskill tag on it but not sure what combine it's used for, though I would think smithing but who knows.

Can be used as a weapon as well (even if a bad one) in either primary or secondary slot. It is NOT lore or magic and it is droppable. Is 1hb with delay 29 and dmg 7 w/ hp+2 weight of 7.3 and is medium size. The normal 1hb classes can use it and any race can use it.

Just posting here in case someone has any ideas, I'm not really that good at figuring out these recipes myself though will try to take a swing at it this time. Thanks

Truly ancient quest, mostly forgotten. The only nice item was the Crystallized Shadow Dagger, which either became insanely rare, ceased dropping all together, or perhaps only Tserinna could drop it.

Purifying it resulted in:

This used to be a decent resist item. As you can see it can be equipped in 3 slots, isn't lore, and isn't level restricted. Even though it's not all that interesting anymore I'd like to see it's drop increase now. Maybe the risk is high enough to excuse the piddly reward? /grin (And I have this dratted no-drop powder in my inventory STILL after 3 or more years... maybe it's 4 now? )
