Is the runed urn actually in game? and is it open to everyone or is it one of the vah shir only quests? (I know they have a ton of them) I can't find reference to it on any site other than Lucy. It isn't even on lucy's sister site Allakhazam. Will add it for now anyways.

There's an 'always works' pottery wheel in Droga.
I think there's an odd forge in Droga too... and a normal(?) oven.

The Ayyad's Runed Urn is in the game. I have one on my shaman right now. The quest is one of the progressive quests so they are available to anyone who wants to gain citizenship in Shar Vahl (some faction work and a MQ needed). The quest is buggy but can be completed if you are dedicated.

Remembering that quest reminded me of two more bags that I forgot.

Xakra Runed Jar (6s, Medium, 10% wr, 4.0 wt)
Fine Xakra Runed Jar (6s, Large, 35% wr, 4.0 wt) (Not in Lucy or Allakhazam's but can be found in Magelo's Database).

Both are in the game as well. These two are droppable and I have sold some of them in the bazaar. Tokens do exist for them. If the Sonic Wolf Blood wasn't so rare I would put them up for sale more often.

Updated to here. Studded Coin Purse does not appear to be an actual container, but rather a dropped item for a quest.
The database has it listed as Large Tailored Bag, so I will leave it as that for now. If spiderling silks drops are increased, perhaps I'll find a few and make one to be sure next week after the patch

It doesn't drop anymore, but is tradeable, although more rare than manastones I would imagine.

There is another bag that's not on the list. It's the Kejekan Tool Kit (8s, Medium, 30% wr, 5.0 wt) from Paineel. There's a bartender that you need to hail. Go behind the counter, hail, follow the script, say "What is interesting", and then give him 1000 pp. You could just say "what is interesting" but that's no fun.

I had this box for a long time only because most people don't have nor have they heard of it and I wouldn't tell them where it came from. It's used in a Skyshrine quest and I never knew it was used for jewelrycrafting (although I should've attempted to try knowing the lore of the box) until the new UI came out and I opened the box to the JC UI. Most of you would think that paying 1k for a JC bag is excessive but it has 8 slots! woohoo! Not that anyone cares though. It's quite handy to keep this bag on me at all times and have guildies and friends come to me in the middle of WoS for a quick cut and I'd never keep a 4 or 6 slot bag on me.

Btw, please add the bag to the database. I still smile every time I see JC recipes that don't list this bag that can use the bag. I also scream in frustration when I can't combine because I need planar JC bag or higher. Basically, the only recipes that won't combine in this bag are the planar rings (i.e. Valorium Ring of Gallantry, Steel Ring of Earthen Resilience, etc), the PoP quest JC step, and I'd guess anything that requires PoP. However, I can combine everything else in the bag as well as cutting the OoW augments in this container.

Unfortunately it is not as easy as adding it, then Poof all the recipes use it. It has to be added to each and every recipe... not an easy process... I could automate it, but then it will be added also to all the ones that it does NOT work for (which list is probably longer than the one you gave me)

Could you perhaps add the container to the database, but only actually update combines as they are individually confirmed, like seems to have been done with the Stitching Pack (another quest-related container that's extra-useful)?
