Actually, make the ogre in the windmill the vendor, hes the one goin into PoI for stuff for the gnome. Nitram should just be a normal non-vendor quest mob.

Rotating Stock -


This was something that Tanker mentioned that he would look into, so I've left this one up to him.

I would love to see this done quickly. I love vendor diving and this would definitely help getting some rare items from vendors without them going poof.

Nitram Anizok -


This is something that we need to investigate a bit, to make sure I'm not trivializing any combines or breaking any quests / events by moving him.

My poor Gnome is stuck at 237 tinkering because the few decent items he need to go beyond requires items from Nitram. He's only level 30, can't even zone in to PoT, let alone PoI. My main is high enough but being a Cleric, it's not easy for him to fight to the Gnome. Usually, I have to rely on a Rogue friend to buy for me, which is difficult because:

1. Each item costs 50pp+ so he has to carry tons of pps to pay for them which limits how much he can carry.
2. Each item is not stackable so he only has limited slots to buy things from him.
3. I rarely see him because we now play at different times.

I would love to have another NPC dulicate items he sell. I like the people's idea of having a NPC in the windmill sell them. The banker is right in the same buildilng, saving yet another long trip with a lot of pps.

Yes, supply and demand. Which means if you've been investing in spiderling silks, you might want to take a small vacation and see what the new price levels out to.

No offense, but this feels sort of like a "cop out" to me. I don't recall seeing any posts from Tanker recently (is he even visiting us here these days?), and would like a little reassurance on a couple of points - 1) did you TELL him you were leaving this one up to him? and 2) would it be too much to ask him to visit us soon and let us know the status of this issue?

I have to agree that of all the top 10 list this one was the most urgent for me. It makes me cringe thinking of all the OoW drops I search for that may be destroyed simply because they were sold to the closest vendor to a given point, who fills up within an hour of any patch. The further we get timewise from any patch, the less chance there is of finding anything of worth out there for those who for one reason or other can't go fight in specific zones but love tradeskilling....

I missed this at first. The portable still is only available to high level raiding brewers. Brewers who lack either the levels or the inclination to spend the phenomenal hours (for those not raiding guilded) to successfully raid for the requisite flags are without access to this.

Unless I'm mistaken, Maddoc is referring to the Portable Brew Barrel which comes from the Aid Grimel quest, step two. That requires flags for Terris Thule and Bertox (and to get to Bertox).
