Just to give you some idea. I have been playing 2-4 hours per day, 2-3 days per week since the OoW expansion came out in all OoW zones. I have seen it drop only twice. I would say over 700 mobs killed during that time and only 2 drops. The first one I got it and kept it for a while. Don't remember who dropped it but I sold it last week for 150kpps and it was gone with few hours. Second one dropped off a dragorn in WoS, near the eastern wall on the southern zone. We camped along the wall and pulled the dragorns for hours before one dropped, I lost the roll on it.

I've never seen the discordiant scoriae drop. I've seen about 10 of the augments drop and 1 trean fly. The only discordant scoriae I've obtained was off a vendor in potranq for about a silver.

Full groups in the instance zones (where all of the ones I've seen drop), nobles causeway (zero drops), and proving grounds (only armor seems to drop there). About 20 AAs spread out over 2 characters as well as level 66 for both characters.

        My conclusion: way too rare.
