Hi all

I am planning to get an overview of what tradskillitems i have stored on all my mules and i was wondering if the /outputfile command Tanker told us about has ever made it to the live servers?.

yup, and it works great for this very purpose.

yep - works nice - dumps all items, equiped, inventoried, banked and share-banked. But only for the character you are logged in on.

How do you do the output file again?

the command is: /outputfile

then you have to qualify it with: inventory, spellbook, or raid.

so for inventory: /outputfile inventory

/outputfile spellbook - is usefull as well if you're unsure of what spells you may bve missing, however it lists the spells in the order of the pages they're on in the book.. meaning that it can be a time consuming pita to go through and verfiy spells... if you happen to have 300 or so spells to start with.

OK LOL....where does the file that has been outputted go?

The file goes into the main everquest file, on my computer C://sony/everquest. It is in the form of "chatactername_inventory.txt", with of course inventory replaced with another output if you did one of the others (I assume; I've only done inventory).

yeh, the spellbook one is charactername_spellbook.

You can also name the file whatever you want by futher qualifying it.. like

/outputfile inventory billybob

will make your dump file named "billybob"
