You can't add focus without cutting or polishing though, unless I've been misinformed. So, it's 21 x 3 x 15 x 3 = 2835 + 84 "unmarked" = 2919.

The EQTC Augment Guide implies the JC step is required. The database lists only the 3 cutting operations as the recipes using the raw stone - no marking recipes (for example, the Recipes using "Apatite").
