Begging?

How do you level begging up? Yes, I know it's pretty much a useless skill, but I guess I'm one of those that doesn't like to see anything less than 2 digits next to a skill. :roll:

I sat in PoK last night begging from a gnome NPC for about 2 hours. Not one skill up! Currently at level 2. *sigh*

Are there some specific NPCs that you can only skill up begging from?

All you have to do is beg an NPC and it should raise be it ever so slowly.

Beg from creatures while your fighting them. It will go up.
