Question on OOW augments

On the attuneable augs...

Once you have equiped them, can you remove them and still atune them yourself? (assuming you have the skill)

Once you equip them, they become NO DROP. Assuming you are either a Rogue or a Shaman, you can still upgrade them further.

I believe that the patch on the 13th made it so that one that has already been made NO DROP will be NO DROP when it is upgraded as well (it was bugged so that they returned to the ATTUNABLE state prior to that patch.)
