OoW Rogue Illusion Scarecrow mask does exist

It's a face slot, for bards and rogues. I believe it is called Mask of Horror. It casts Illusion:Scarecrow. I saw it linked in my friend's guild chat on the Lanys T'vyl server just last night. I'll pester her to ask the person for the recipie information. I apologize if this information is not pertinent to this site. I was excited to see it, and hope to have one someday for my rogue.

Guise of Horror. Head slot item. Look it up on Lucy if you want to see it. It's a subquest resulting from the rogue epic. One part of the epic returns two "Dilapidated Scarecrow Head" (I think that's the right name) which are MAGIC, non-lore, droppable. You need the head, and 4-5 wisp stones from rather difficult special wisps in a series of zones. Bake em together somehow, and give the result to an NPC in one of the Karanas, north I believe. You recieve the helm in return.
