Noob Question

Well now that I have some pp to spend, I have desided to take up tradeskilling, or as someone on my guild put it, tradeskills have taken me up. I have gotten fletching to 200, baking 135 (thanks fish rolls.) Now I wanna start on the others. Who do I have to talk to in Abysmal Sea to do those "free" tradeskills.

And any info on vendor bought stuff to get them higher would be great.
