New combine container in Dreadlands?

Okay before you guys get all bent out of shape, yes...I've done research on the "Always Works" containers and I know that they're not really "always working," they're used for specific quest combines and they're usually in weird places. I found one in Dreadlands and I wasn't able to locate any information on it or what quest it was used for in EQTraders, so I'm hoping someone might have some info about it, or that it might potentially be a quest container for either some new tradeskill quest or possibly one of the new epic quests.

I used to spend a lot of time in Dreadlands and one of my favorite hobbies was running up the huge wizard spires near the druid portal and sitting up there. I ran up there today though (first time since the OOW patch) and noticed something weird on one of the spires: five flashing white lights, almost like they were put up there as a beacon for passing aircraft. They are not visible from below the spire, you have to actually run up to the top of the spire to be able to see them:

I'm just curious as to what quest this container is used for, if there even is a quest associated with it. I wasn't able to find any info about it on these forums or in the EQTraders database.

There's a thread in smithing about it, too, but so far, nobody's come up with a real answer as to what it's for ... instead, they've wandered a tad off-topic ... think the heat from the forges is finally getting to them.

The graphic for the container isn't a forge though, it's an oven. The smithers will probably have a hard time finding combines for it, but the bakers on the other hand might have more luck.

Just a thought but maybe the container as something to do with the new tasks system. The task master is in the same general area as the spires and both appeared with the expansion of OOW.
