OOW Haste augs

Ok i know with the oow ts augs you can add haste to them but how much haste can u add.

When one is made, it'll show up on the - OoW recipes - alchemy (or poison making) chart.

If you should be the first to make one, please gather all the info on it.. what it took to make, and the stats of what you ended up with.. and post in the OoW submissions forum, and it'll get posted to the aformentioned chart.

I am speculating that the haste will go to 41%.. it might, maybe, possibly, hit 46%... although that might be too much to hope for.

Well i have a bloodflow stone and in my guild there is gm jewler with jc aa's a gm smith and poision maker. But i might make a mana pres instead so that i can ditch my ring from terris thule.
