  • The "read before posting" message.

It might be cool to add something to the "read before posting" message about what should go in the "primal scream" area. It would save time for both moderators and posters. I was unaware until now that it included not only screaming, but moaning and wimpering as well.

I think even just moaning and whimpering has its place in PSR if you're whimpering about something futile... ie. something that no-one can do anything about , like making you a shaman or a rogue

Incidentally, mightn't JCM be available to more classes now? (In line with the new mastery aas.) I haven't looked in game yet because 1) I don't dare and, oh, 2) the patch keeps freezing me up

The Rules - Read Before Posting in The Visitor's Corner

disagreement is fine, as long as it's civil

      1. Keep it clean and flame-free. While this site is the "child" of one frazzled DenMother, remember that gathered on these boards is a very active community of tradesfolk. Many love to share their knowledge with others ... but they, and I, have no tolerance for rude children ... regardless of their physical age. If you want to flame and call folks names, take it elsewhere. Do NOT make personal attacks on others. If you can't play nice, you'll find yourself not only spanked like an unmannered child, but likely banned from posting. This includes your sig and personal photos, they do not belong here, and we'd far rather that you simply did not include them, rather than forcing Ngreth or Niami to edit your preferences. Since the above seems to be unclear to some folks, personal attacks can include name-calling, death threats, badmouthing other posters, etc. WATCH YOUR MANNERS! IF YOU WANT TO BE THAT RUDE, DO IT ELSEWHERE. It does not belong on these message boards, EVEN in Primal Scream.

      8. I don't care how angry you get with someone, or how "wrong" you think they are, keep it civil, or take it elsewhere. Yes, you may think we're oversensitive on this issue at times, but with good reason due to past experience. If you have a disagreement with someone, you deal directly with them or keep quiet about it. We should not, and WILL not be stuck in the middle of this.

I ABSOLUTELY had no intent to be uncivil. I didn't even disaggree with the decision to move my post. I can see where you might have taken my post above to imply something that it did not actually say. I assure that is not the case. I meant it LITERALLY, not sarcastically or faciciously. My appologies for the confusion.

Antha there is a post by Ngreth (Stickied) called "If you are going to post a Primal scream..." at the top of Primal Scream Room...and it has been there awhile.

I think Antha is trying to say that one of the posts should mention Primal Screams is for little complaints too, not exclusively for the big major primal screams - ie that the forum's purview is wider on the low-frustration end than the name would imply.
