This is quoted from one of the pages on this sight. I have recently been working with a rogue of mine on the Burning Rapier quest. According to the information I have regarding this merchant, she is on the same faction as those of the NPCs in the Temple of Solusek Ro. Heh. Anyway you slice it, even with max positive faction and outrageous charisma, you're gonna pay around 500 plat for that #*$&^@ gem... :x

I believe Noressa is on Beta Neutral faction.
