  • TS tribute items

Anyone have any suggestions for TS Tribute items. I had a friend tell me Robes of Virtue were cheep to make and tributed for 8k a pop but not being a High Elf it's not an option for me.

I'm a Dwarf GM in all 7 TS's and have a GM tinkerer/mage researcher also.

If there is already a threat taht I missed regarding TS tribute items feel free to link it to guide me and others that are interested.

If you have a mage/tinkerer, look into the gnome robes. I don't know their tribute values, I don't play a gnome, but someone out there might.

A couple of other good tribute ideas:

-LDoN plate armor. If you can get the temper components cheap (vendor diving, foraging, looting) then they cost under 100pp per peice, and I think the worst of them yielded over 200 tribute points. I believe the Sandblasted Greaves have the best tribute value at over 800 points.

-the enchanted Gold Polished Quartz rings have a good tribute value (also over 800 pts, I think)
Master Artisan Maevenniia the Springy Sprocket Stockpiler of the really long name

Not anymore, this was supposed to be fixed in the patch.

This is an Erudite tailored item. What interests me, is did they nerf the 20k tribute with today's (7/14) patch?

              /cry

It did indeed get nerfed, now only worth 7500 tribute points instead of 20k. The bottom just fell out of that market...

Had a hammer of corrupted Enchantments from Hard EF LDoN I'd been lazy to turn in before patch.. 20k to 9750.

                  darn laziness..

Did the other 262 LoY robes (e.g. robe of capacity) get trib nerfed as well?

Yes. Capacity is only like 1875 now.

Now that's just bad juju. As it was, human robes weren't big sellers because our robes went up to 8k max tribute....versus other races' 20k...but now it's disgustingly low. People trying to get their money's worth in tribute aren't going to buy robes that give 2k, they'll buy robes that give 8k for roughly the same price. Humans have a nasty issue there...our robes aren't very good for use, they don't give <much> for tribute anymore, and to top it off, we're forced to share one of our dye components with baking, thus jacking prices and making them ever so slightly rarer. Bleah.

Edit:: Are BD cultral BP's still worth 25k tribute?

Edit2: Ooops Sorry Loth, I wasn't quite of proper mind when I posted that

Barbarian cultural, at least, has been reduced. I didn't write any numbers down but they did still look like they had relatively high tribute values, just not quite as high.

Dwarven Plate Breastplate (the non enchanted, no imbued ruby) tributed for 762. The enchanted, imbued ruby version tributed for 1620. This was after the most recent patch.

The non enchanted BPs cost about 300 to make on prexus, bazaaring the padding and temper. If you have access to an enchanter and imbuer, the total cost of the highest tribute one is 420. A much better return...I wish I had a chanter =P

                              re

Probally dooming this into nerfdom, but...

LDoN Jewlery gives good tribute, gold Geode = 330ish tribute , Plat Geode = 800ish. The amounts are similair for the others as well. I think Plat is the best bank for buck, Gold has a better pp to trib ratio, but since you are limited by the number of gems you have the higher trib per gem ratio with platinum wins with me.
