Green Goblin Skin, what is it for

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site, but I think i have been using recipies off of it for a long time. I only have one question right now, though I am sure there will be more to follow.

Is there a use in tailoring for "Green Goblin Skin". It lists as a magic item and I swear that I saw or was told of a recipe that used it in glove but cannot find anything on it. I appriciate any help that you guys can provide.

I used to use green goblin skin to make black extract for plate armor dyes.
