poll on eqlive (from me)

I put a simple poll on the eqlive tradeskills forum.. take a quick look, and put in your vote.

I'm not answering, simply because I don't like the options.

1) Elemental Flagging is 4 expansions old, If I recall. Time to move past it.
2) I like the idea of droppable components from zones that not every slapknee yokel with plat to burn and a market to crash can grab.
3) On the other hand, making items so rare and/or NO DROP that nobody outside the guild sees them irks me.

I'm a vendor miner, so If it's droppable and useful, I'll pull it off of a vendor. I've pulled materiels for 1-2 Earth Silk Combines, 1-2 Stonehide combines,. 2 Ceramic Totem kits, an Obsidian Wood sap, and a bunch of other stuff off of merchants. Just because I can't kill the mob that drops an items doesn't mean that I can't get the item.

So, since you requested us not to give our opinion or comments, I have to abstain.

Heh, what kind of poll doesn't want someone to discuss it, kind of the reason they have the buttons normally, so you can get poll results and qualify the questions.

The survey is not so cut and dry as that there are only four options. There are ramifications on how these parts become accessible, and if the same method would be used in further expansions to come.

Firstly, polls on other sites, petitions, or rabble-rousing aren't supposed to be on EQTraders. Links to other site and the like are fine, but this dances the rabble-rousing line. Sorry.
