AA's and more than one Tradeskill above 200

I read Mother's FAQ on AA points. But I still not 100% clear on it.

If I obtain 3 AA points, I can use those to get another tradeskill above 200. If I want a third tradeskill above 200 I have to spend another 3 points?

Here's a long shot question. If there a way to change your tradeskill Mastery. Currently, I have Fletching at 202, in hind sight I think I should have chosen Smithing or Tailoring. Is there a way to get my fletching down to 199 and chose a different tradeskill to master in? Like I said, it's a long-shot.

Sorry to give you the bad news but there is no way to reduce a tradeskill.

And yes, it's 3 AA's per tradeskill above 200. Be careful though, it works kinda like casting specialization--you spend your 3AA, then the next skill to reach 201 is the one you'll be GM'ing next.

Of course, you could just spend 18 AA at one shot and be done with it :P
