Drop by Test Server, go to the bazaar, use the /bazaar command and check out the nifty new 'Hide All Traders' button.

[Granted, it wont really DO much except make the maybe 2 dozen traders vanish. The most traders ive ever seen on test is about 70. Its usually around 40 if the server has been up more than 24 hours. However when it goes live, youll actually be able to navigate around the bazaar on your server without staring at the floor!]

According to the Dev who did it, you do a Bazaar Search, then click on an item returned by the search, and that Trader will become visible. Only one Trader at a time will be visible (whichever is currently selected).

This is already in the gamefor years now. In your options window you can filter out bard songs in several different ways.

There is one odd situation I can think of as a result of this very cool and needed change.

All traders will now probably plunk their trader down in the stalls directly across from the SH or Nexus banks. I am sure most peeps will gravitate to these spots unless you are too used to the stall position your trader is parked at currently (old habits are hard to break ).

So, this "probably" means that all traders will be a few short steps from each bank unless player models will still have collision rules being applied, in that case how do you determine a spot to park your trader?

It would be great to access all traders only a few feet from the banks instead of running around the zone. Guess we will have to see how it plays out on the live servers.

Bards

There is the option in the filters to take out the "Soandso sings a song" text.

The bards that decide to practice AE attack songs CAN NOT be filtered, you get the "Soandso trys to cast on you but you are protected" ever tick for as long as they decide to sit there and sing. I finally pititioned the last bad that did that as I had a couple hundred lines of that and it was annoying me to no end.

Oh and this is a very cool change that I am looking forward to. I`ll be much easier to find the trader when they are the only one that shows up in the stalls with a trader tag. If the invisible traders dont block clicking on the trader I want then it`ll be even better.
