I'm fairly certain that the first 2 are for mage spell research (particularly the Water of Povar - that sounds like a mage spell research name). No idea on the third one.

I personally have never seen the (plain) aquamarine, just tons of the flawless ones.

I'm pretty sure that the water of povar is sold at some mage guilds. I seem to remember mistakenly buying a stack of it in west freeport when I needed some water.

Why not try to make some jewelry with the aquamarine? Tell us what you get.

Recently found these on the Magician vendor in Erudin Palace and decided to experiment a bit with them to see with what I could come up.

Jewelry Crafting
Aquamarine DNC with silver bars, didn't bother with the rest

Smithing
Using as many combinations as I could think with up to three of any logical item, I recieved DNC on all.
Broken Block of Ore
Water of Povar
Flask of Water
Smithing Hammer
Forging Hammer
Aquamarine

Research
DNC on all attempted combinations, but wouldn't begin to have a clue as to with what Words they'd combine.

Any other suggestions? I realize that it is highly unlikely that the three are connected in anyway, but I wanted to cross that bridge just for the sake of doing it.

Mist of Povar is the research component, not Water of Povar. Not sure about these 3, just thought I'd clarify that.
