How Do I Use the New UI ?

I am embarrassed, but I just am confused. I am Tailoring Wu's Shoulderpads and I keep putting 7 items into my sewing kit and it is slowing me down.
I was asked why I am not using the new UI.
I see the Wu's Shoulderpads are learned now in my UI........how do I use the new UI to avoid putting 7 items into sewing kit each time?

You must have toggled off the new UI. open it with Ctrl-rt-click. that should open the new UI. search for the recipe by name, highlight it and add it to your list. If you have ll the componets on you it will show them in the box on the right in green. click combine. and then autoinventory if you sucseed. keep going till ya run out of compontes, they will turn red then or it trivials. toggle the new ui as default is bottom right i think.

So that is Control key.....then hold down right click on mouse? I will try it thanks...will make life much easier.
