Apparently something has changed. I've got 2 friends who bring me the feathers and I make Teas for all of us, but they haven't given me any in quite awhile. We already had a lot on hand, so I really hadn't noticed, but now that you mention it...

I've seen them on vendors very recently, so unless someone (or two or three..) was clearing out banks, they still drop.

I looted some in the past week, but they are fairly rare. I was getting about 2-3 per 4-6 hours of slaughtering in EK

I haven't been there recently enough to comment about the drop rate, but I found the timber griffawns (not the griffons, oddly) in Jaggedpine Forest had a pretty solid drop rate of feathers.

              What recipes require Gripphon feathers?

Hi Tejaye, if you use the correct spelling (griffon) and check the front page (linked in the upper left corner above), you can use the search function there to find all recipes that use griffon feathers!

                    Still Drop

Yes they still drop I've spent the last few days colleting them, in north and East karana, for making Qeynos Afternoon Tea.

Was in Jagged Pine yesterday for about 3 hours, think I got over a stack of griffon wings...
Doesn't seem to have changed there at all, dropwise /shrug

Camping grimfeather I got tons of gri wings I destroyed.

Not seeing one in 3 weeks? Did you kill less than 1000 mobs or so? Because not seeing one in 3 weeks doesn't surprise me. But not seeing one in 1000 or more dead griffons would.

Ok, so what are griffon wings used for? I don't see them listed when I do a search here, but I do see the feathers.

Why do you want the wings?

                          Just curious,

I suspect he meant Griffon Feathers which are used for making Qeynos Afternoon Tea (stat drink).

They're also used for hp to mana potions (which can be useful for clerics to have in some situations)
