Any chance for VahShir-culturell stuff?

Now I´ve nearly hit the 188-mark in tailoring and face the horrible long way of even more acrylia-tailoring up to 244 with my VahShir-Bard.
Smithing is similiar but thankfully to LDoN and some Rangers who supplied me with stuff the way will be not so long.

Now, if any develloper happens to read this - hope never dies and I can´t see many other ways to get this of my chest - is there any chance for VahShir cultural smithing and or tailoring? - and of course for those races without one or both, too?

Also, a short search would bring up lots of threads on Cultural for races that don't have it. New one really aren't needed.
