    Short answer...

    Yes.

It's the same for Tinkers, and Poisoners.

And if you have the AA's for it, you can GM all seven main trades, and Alchemy.

And a gnome rogue can GM 9 trades!

The seven main ones, plus tinkering and poison-making.

I'm not sure why you'd want more than one trophy, other than bragging rights; but that's just me. The minimal skill increase doesn't seem worth the cost-per-attempt, but if you've got the plat and the desire, why not?

I have to agree with Nairn here.

Geerloks give the same skill mod as trophies, and the only benefit to a trophy is the WR bag and the additional stats along with the mod.

I guess the only other benefit would be bragging rights, but eh

Since the trophies can't be stuck on an alt and cost so much it seems silly to destroy them, having more than one just eats up bag space -- fast if you're working toward the 1750 club.

I got tempted somehow to make a second trophy, but I don't know why. I'm quitting while I'm ahead and not making any more, even though I'm 1748. Enough is enough.

              augments

Dont forget the stats on the trophys. Plus Any Augments for easy tradeskilling with out having to change a ton og gear.

Think a tradeskill trophy with a Adventure stone maxed out. (if it fits not sure. But I believe a A-Stone will fit in amy slot.

Thats just my 2cp. (however if they ever make it so you can have one bag for each trophy that might make it ok.

(plus ppl sell trophies on FV for like 20k. Ackkkk Sob sob.)

PS. Molto Has retired. EQ2 has lured core group away.

I quit the game I loved because it wasn't anymore. Guilds allowing farmers in because they could do a lot of damage in raids.
SoE not really doing anything about farmers, macroquesters ect.

I see a couple of reasons to make the trophies. First is to demonstrate to customers your skill level since there is no mechanism to prove you have a certain level in a tradeskill, at least having the trophy shows gives an indication you've reached a decent skill level. Second is the vague hope they will eventually make them summon a different bag for each trophy (still don't see why this would be so unbalancing). And third it's another one of those 'sense of achievement' moments like completing the prayer shawl - literally the trophy at the end of the quest to round everything off.

                    A certified Magelo profile?

Yeah I know, that's not a lot of use in game but it's a lot cheaper than a second trophy.

For me....... I wouldn't feel I'd completed the skill until I have a trophy in my hand and only one where I had done all the combines myself (being a gnome helps for the brewing trophy of course). Stuff the expense, I worked for it, I want it :P

I'm just ticked that there isn't a trophy for research as well.

you can equip the trophy and ask the customer to inspect, no need magelo or what not

Have to agree here, give Researchers a trophy, darn it! (and i know you can use training points to increase your skill...so>? Poison making can be 'bought up' too, and that skill has a tropy AND an item that summons vials.

I want a doohickey that summons quills and parchments, or my research container, if I can't have a trophy

Having a trophy has really no merit with regards as to what your skill level is, since you can really make it at any level and long as you have enough plat for tries no one would really know what your skill lvl is without a Certified Magelo

The only reason at this point to have more than one trophy is a mental problem. IThe only time i would forsee making multiple trophies is if they would summon different type bags that would be great .

Also right now you can actually tell that a person has 220 min in all trade skills if they have completed the Aid Grimil quest.
