Tradeskill Changes on the Test Server

Tradeskill Interface (and Quest Combines)
Hey Tradeskillers! We think we have the issues with the new interface resolved on the Test server. This should also resolve the combine issue many of you are having with portable tradeskill containers.

It would be a great help if you could jump onto the Test server and give it a try. Please remember to use /bug to let us know of any unresolved issues.

I dont know. As of today (3/3/02) the UI still does not remember favorites or allow you to add them to your list. So I am not sure what Brenlo is reffering to there but the current TS UI pushed to Test does not correct anything.

So I suggest you all jump onto Test Server and /bug this, because its going to get pushed to lives still broken if you dont.

My Beastlord on Drinal has used the new UI since the launch.

Since the first major patch he has had all the problems discussed on these boards. Wrong recipes, missing ones and the main one is that the Add key is always greyed out. He has a total of 8 recipes that work in smithing, brewing and baking.

Since last weekend I started doing baking with my Druid on Luclin using the new UI for the first time. Every recipe I have added, learned and as I passed trivials deleted has worked fine. To me the new UI is working ok. Even had my Ranger make some pottery/smithing items for baking and the UI worked ok.

I wonder if the problem is corrupted files from the first patch. Someone posted here that there are files in our EQ directories related to recipes. Maybe they should be deleted or renamed to see if that is the problem.

Latest patch today addressed the favorites and Adding/saving them. They seem to work properly again. yeah!!
