Cost of GM training.

Hi,

After seaching the forums, it seems you can only get GM to train you to 200. I am 191 baker, and want to buy from GM. It cost around 50pp per training now, I was wondering what I should expect to pay if I max it at 200. Would it raise more than 50p per training?

You can only buy tradeskills up to 21.

Sorry bud, if you're above 21, ya gotta practice the skill to raise it.

None of those are the core 7 tradeskills though.

He specifically referred to Baking, so that's how I based my answer.

Jewelcrafting
Pottery
Tailoring

Can all be bought only to a maximum of 21 points. Otherwise, must practice to raise skill.

I do know Research can be bought to it's maximum, but I personally can't vouch for Fishing, Poison Making, or Alchemy. I actually fish to raise that skill, and my gnome hasn't even looked at tinkering yet. As far as poison making goes, I've never had a character who can do it.

I know poison making and applying can both be bought up to the max. I didn't max it out with my rogue, but I got it pretty high. I also throw a few points here and there in to research on my chanter. It's easier than practicing it, and I don't have anything else to use those points on anyway.

I can personally vouch that you can buy high-end fishing skill. I clicked the wrong spot when I was with my trainer and bought level 192 in fishing. There goes a big pile of money.
