Why can't I learn new recipes???

I might have missed it on one of the posts, but I cannot seem to learn any of the recipes that I have been making.

I have made multiple stacks of:
Ethereal Curing Agent
Ethereal Temper
Ethereal silk Swatches
Ethereal plates
Ethereal chain

For some reason, the highest I can see in smithing is 188, and tailoring 135.

Do I need to buy the books and have them open or something?

As several other threads state the UI is NOT complete. There are lots of recipies left to be flagged still and developers have stated it will be done eventually.

I suggest you /bug or /ffedback the ones you notice to help the dev team find and add them when they can. I have noticed almost all curtural items are not in there nor can they be learned as of yet.
