I'm not sure if this is something that belongs here in general, or possibly in the primal scream room...so I'll apologize here if this is in the wrong place.
Has *anyone* noticed a marked increase in failures on PoP combines? On my server alot of people are noticing that their Stonehide, Earthweave, planar jewelry and even stat food combines, are failing waaaaay more than they did even 2 weeks ago. Failing 8 out of 10 earthweave tries, and 7 out of 9 stonewood bow tries is horrible considering how much money the parts cost if you buy them (which I did). The rumor flying around is that SoE has quietly nerfed the success rate in preparation for the new Tradeskill UI, and it being a compensation for the general making of items itself a little easier with the new UI.
Has anyone else noticed this or is it just a giant coincidence maybe? Myself and a few other high end tradeskillers on my server have done a lengthy /feedback on the subject, just in case there is something that isn't working right (by accident instead of intentionally done that way). I would encourage others to /feedback as well. I feel that many people have worked hard to get to 250 skill and it stinks to have so many failures at something one is *grandmaster* of.
