Must I be 51 to finish GM trophy?

At level 45 I had 3 failed attempts on GM corker. If you check the link it implies that I must be 51 to succseed. I simply do not believe it is true. My skill is 249 and I use geerlok, so I put it to bad rolls. A guilde did his eye piece on the 7th roll.

Anyone of you made tha GM trophy earlier than lvl 51? I am ready for my 4th try.

Before NTCM was in the game, I created baby alts and assigned them each a tradeskill to specialize in. My Jeweler was no higher than level 15 when she made her trophy.

My druid has her trophy, and is level 42.

There is no level restriction on making trophies, but your chance of success is dependant on your *skill* level.

My wizard made his Brewers trophy at level 20 on his second try.

There is no level limit on tradeskill trophies.
