Creating a list of items with unknown uses at this point and I'll try to keep this updated... a sticky would be nice =):

I'm not sure that a sticky is warrented just yet. Hopefully traffic will keep the thread current. Too many stickies at the top of a forum simply is too cluttured. Once this gets going, I'll consider making it sticky.

all have tradeskill tag, with no known use.

Waterleaf Scale is suspected to be part of Karana's Heartfruit Salad recipe, but that is currently undiscovered/broken. As is Heartfruit Walnut foraged in Halls of Honor B

Well, I hate bumping, but I think this has potential.

Anyway, found some more tradeskill items...

Here's a weird one:

Golden Earring

Just your average everyday golden earring (probably easiest to get from Pirates in OOT). Says "can be used in tradeskills". I've tried melting it down, no luck so far.

I found NIGHTSHADE in the zone of MISTMOORE CATACOMBS off of a FORAGE and the database has no known use for it...

Actually, SAND WASP LARVAE is used in making DESERT ALE.

Also it is actually SMALL BALL OF CLAY foraged in The Grey, not BALL OF CLAY.
As well, it is EGG CASE COCOON foraged in MMC, not EGG SAC COCOON.
PEAT MOSS is also a forage from DEEPEST GUK (not sure about the fished version you have listed).
