i was wonderin if any mobs drp a plus fletching mod / i thought shei did but as i looked at his loot table i see he doesnt.

I don't know if there are any mobs that drop fletching mod items, but you can pick up this item in the Bazaar from a tinker:

dont forget akhevan shears for tailor too. think it is for those too so you dont have to get so high in them. they are the hardest two tradeskills to gm for most ppl.
