  • Spiderling Silk

Well, I just used up my huge supply of silk thread, and I went back to my favorite farming spot (Ferrott) only to find the spiderlings dropping silk other than "Spiderling Silk." Is there another good spot to farm the silk?

    Thanks for any suggestions,

Innothule swamp should work. Haven't been there in a while, though.

yeah, there's like 2 other silk drops on those spiderlings than just plain Spiderling Silk. The good news is, there's more S-ling Silk than the other two combined, and the others sell back for like a gold a piece.

I made a froggie warrior and a woodelf ranger... the ranger has had much better luck in feerrott than the froggie did in Innothule. (Track at lvl 1 helps.)

        Spiderling Silks

        Greetings,

I used to use Innothule, but the drop rate there was modified about 3 months ago. Also, there was a bug that had all the crab spiderlings spawning under the world, where you couldn't get to them! Don't know if that's been fixed yet.

I then went to Feerrott - not as good a drop rate, but lots of spawns, so if you're a tracker type, you can always find yourself a spiderling. The Jungle Spiders there drop spiderling silk too, not Spider Silk, for some reason. Slots are taken up now by items for Ogre starting armour quests, but you can still farm the stuff pretty quickly. If anyone knows a better place, then I'd be interested to hear about it too!

        Hope this helps.
