poAir - Aid Grimal Drops

Woot, got earing #5 and ready to move on to #6. Can anyone tell me what to kill in poAir for the drops. Also, what is soloable by a 65 Druid and what will I need a group for?

You're gonna need more than a group, I'm afraid. The stuff that drops the items are spiders mostly, which require a raid force to get to.

Thanks - the link was really very helpful. It looks like I will have to wait for guild to start doing the Air rings. I am on FV and the stuff is not no drop - bad part of that is everyone in the guild would like to have two of the earrings to wear. Good news is most do not yet have the sacred waters and the saps.

The silk from PoAir is a HORRIBLE drop rate and on top of that the spiders require two tanks tuanting in order to keep aggro off of casters. In two words, They Suck.

I have killed prolly 25 spiders and seen maybe 3 silks. Another problem is that the spiders are not in mass supply. There are maybe 3 or 4 on each raid.

If your guild kills the avatars, specifically hrm... I think it's the avatar of dust, you will find that silk is not really all that uncommon. It's possible to get past the first island with a single group to farm them (if you have a bard with fading memories) but I would never want to try to farm them as a single group. I hate those things, hate them with a passion.
