Got this NO DROP item off a mob on an MM adventure. The tag line on it says it's used in tradeskill sbut I can't seem to find what for.

It's an item that has been dropping for a long time. If you have made one or more sweeps of the Mistmoore Castle, you should have had multiples of these things dropping.
I was surprised to see them drop in the dungeons as well.
