Which Tradeskill?

I'm on the Xev Server, with a Shaman, and I have money to invest into a tradeskill and I was just wondering aside from Jewlcraft (Or should I do jewlcraft with a shaman?) Which tradeskill is the most profitable, ONCE MASTERED completely? I'm thinking blacksmithing...Is this correct? I'm not worried about mastering it or having enough to, just want to know what makes the most once mastered....Thanks for your help!
