Given that I have seen this question come up over-and-over again... it really is a Frequently Asked Question.
I have added a note on the item itself stating there is NO KNOWN USE.
This won't stop all folks asking.... but it might stop some...

i wasnt aware the question has been asked, and know sometimes things get a little backed up before pages get updated, so thought i would ask fellow tradeskillers if anyone has found anything, if there is an origninal thread that showes the steps others have taken to try to figure out what this is for, i will try to find it and continue where they left off...Comment
