Feir'dal fletching kit Combines by a Non-WE, would it work?

My fletching skill is not nearly good enough to create the BFT bow, however I have a guild friend who is a GM fletcher who will gladly do the final combine for the BFT in the Feir'dal fletching kit. Problem is, she is an iksar necromancer. Will it be possible for her to do the final combine for me for the BFT? I really hope this is possible. A pre-thanks in advance to anyone who can feed me some information on this combine.

All the cultural recipies are the same way.

Edit: Lilosh is right either way. It is probably a sincere question, and I'm really and truly not trying to be mean or demeaning. Lots of people have no experience dealing with tradeskills or cultural skills and I should be nicer. The simple answer is that cultural trades are precisely that - cultural. It's not about the container - it absolutely requires that a person of the correct race attempt the combine.

After seeing this question, I went back to the wood elven cultural recipes page, and realized that the "Note that these recipes are for wood elves only." may have been a tad unclear. I've edited that recipe page a tad, to hopefully make things a bit clearer:

Note that these recipes are for wood elves only. All combines listed as requiring a fier'dal fletching kit, fier'dal sewing kit or fier'dal forge MUST be performed by wood elves. (These containers check your starting race before allowing you to perform the combine. Use of illusions will not work.)

I think it might be helpful to point out that if you are not a wood elf and you attempt to use the Woodelf forge in Kelethin you recieve a message to the effect of; "YOU must be a wood elf to use this container type"

Thus if you hand the Fier'Dal fletching kit to your Iksar friend, he probably won't even be able to open it, much less use it.
