What's the cheepest and easiet way for a wood elf ranger to get 250 fletch with 202 atm?

cheapest does not equal easiest.

Cheapest is farm acry and condensed, and do those. Bows are the quickest and easiest, but expensive. Mithril seems to be kinda in between.

depending on your servers market buying stuff for acrylia arrow combines might also be somewhere in the middle. For me the cost per combine on arrows was probably about 50pp per combine since the acrylia and condensed x both make 2. I paid 5pp per condensed shadow for almost all i used and up to 70pp for the acrylia. Figuring in some additional cost for fails on sub combines and the minor other components 50pp seems to be a reasonable estimate.

I also liked working with arrows because of the stacks of components. Bow where a pain with nothing stacking.

Be warned the yeild on the arrows is 10 per success so you end up making ALOT of them. The sell back to vendors is pathetic, like 2pp a stack. I ended up storing them all up on a mule. Had the mule entirely full. Literally bank full of trader bags and inventory full of tool boxes all with nothing but arrows in them and I had even given some away to warriors in the guild. I've been slowly selling them in the bazaar and giving them away to guild mates but definitely had ALOT of them made.
