Question on Fletches

Hello all new to the board here, and had a question that i was hoping someone could shed light on for me. I wanted to know if one can make their own fletches, besides mithral for cultural. Any info on this would be apprieciated greatly.

I haven't heard of being able to make any, other than the mithril. Would be neat to be able to make them (or make shafts out of branches of sylvan oak, etc)

Despite there being ample items in the game to USE (all the various feathers and such) there isn't any way to make any fletchings other than what you noted. It'd be nice to have it but I'm not holding my breath.
