For what it's worth.

1 attempt at 237 skill with geerlok. Succeeded and got a skillup (that last was typical RNG -- I hadn't bothered to switch gear, so my dex was about 160; versus the 215 dex with 25 attempts on acrylia arrows and zero skillups earlier in the day).


/edit two additional attempts at 238 with geerlok and 255 dex. Both succeeded, no skill up (go figure)

WOOT!!!! just made my first attempt and succsess on nightmare bow. Had 255 dex and 147 wis, skill lvl of 204 + geerlok. I am so STOKED

Succeeded 3 out of 5 combines. 205 skill +geerlok, 260 dex. Needless to say, I was very pleased.

I went 4 for 5 with 203 + geerlock. The 5th combine was the failure. It brought me back to reality.

Am 1/3 and 0/2 on these, atm 210+geerlock. Not very happy with the results so far.

Maybe I just am having a lucky streak but I am 3/3 on bows right now. I have a 204 dex and 146 wis at the moment. My skill was at 204 + geerlok, I think the thing that helped me was running a series of 10 rng rolls to see how many I could get over 500 ( 1-1000) if 3/4 of them are under 500 I camp out and retry before I make my attempts. I then went 36/52 on condensed shadow arrow and finally got that elusive 205 skill point.

Went 4/9 on last try, 204 skill and geerlok (got a 1 point skill-up during the work, now i'm at 205)
Now i've some free space on bank hehe go back to farm acrylia =P

At 244 + Geerlok, I'm currently 7 for 9. I'm hopelessly envious of those who have had the opportunity to make so many, heheh.

Hello-

I was avoiding a post here - as I did not want to report pure failure.

Alas, I am Envious - but if I wait - it will come.

Getting all the materials togetehr is rough for me ATM - and I have the following to say:

0/2 Attempts - 104 and a Geerlok. However - I attribute this to not having my Wis?int maxed. It's darn rough for a Warrior to raise these - and on a budget! In any case - I will be working on a few more Stat-item increases - and we will see when my next attempt occurs. Maybe after a skillup (which I have not had in over 50-60 combines onthe Acrylia arrows....
