Here is what the website says

    Wind cams

    Wind cam bolts or
    Wind cam gears
    Jar of clockwork grease

    Wind cam Bolts/gears

    Cam parts mold
    Chunck of wind metal
    File

What was does wind cam bolts/gears recipe actually make?

It's my understanding that it works like this:

You do a tinkering combine of wind cam bolts and wind cam gears and a jar of clockwork grease to make a wind cam.

The gears/bolts come from the smithing combine with the cam parts mold and the ore from the plane of air.

Yes the elemental cams are differnet from the nightmare type. You get a tinker to combine a Chunck of wind metal and a mould ect and it produces both the bolts and gears. these then need to be added to the grease t omake the cams.

            Fletching Merchant has cam molds.

smith - mold, planar metal, file(i think, cant recall) = bolts and cam
            Pottery - make small vial(bottle)
Pottery - make small bottle with 2 clockwork grease = small vial of grease
Tinker - takes bolt/cam and small jar of grease and makes the cams needed for the fletching combine.

sorry, the actual names are a bit off as i cant see main site at work.

main site has all the information albeit in a round about fashion

            good luck

              Minor correction on these.

The cam parts are actually smithed first according to www.eqtraders.com.

Combine in forge - cam parts mold + file + chunk of windmetal = 1 bolt & 1 gear

Then a tinker makes the actual cam using the clockwork grease and cam parts.

What's the smithing trivial on the cam parts? The tinkering trivial of the grease/bolt/gear combine?

                Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no listing for the Wind cams yet. Both tinkering and smithing trivials are unknown.

All tinkering combines on elemental cams are Triv>250
The clockwork grease combine is no-fail
The pottery combine for the jar for the grease is really low.
