Ok at 100 now a couple new questions

Ok got to 100 started on the bows 2 of 5 not bad skill 102 now but here is the question on a successful combine do I lose the planing tool? If so this maybe a LOT more expensive than I thought. Any help is appreciated.

You will lose the planning tool on a successful combine, but you will not lose it on an unsuccessful combine. You would be better of skilling up on arrows until you hit 202 though.

Yes for the old world bows the sucsess 'eats' the plane. Part of the cost of the bow. If you are makeing stuff for skill-ups stick to arrows.

Arrow parts are cheaper per combine than a bow would be, regardless of what skill level you're at. Plus, arrow parts all stack, bow parts do not.

Make arrows. Much easier, even if you've got to smith the shaft (acrylia or mithril; post 202 stuff).
