Just wanted to post a note that these trivial under 104. Just got the dart quests in Shar Val done, jumped up to the Rockhopper darts to up my skill a little more (as well as make some darts for my wife's iksar monk). So I guess I'm off to farm owlbears instead.

Be warned, Owlbears drop a feathers about every 30 or so owlbears. It is more likely you will be able to sell the Substance at 25pp each and skill up completely in fletching before you ever get enough feathers to actually make a stack of owlbear feather darts.

Just a note, the substances are no drop on all servers except FV.
